Meeting to start at 1.30pm
Afternoon Tea, consisting of tea and coffee and a selection of hot and cold finger food will be provided following the meeting.
Cost for afternoon tea $10.00 per head

We encourage all members to attend to receive reports on progress of the club to date and to be involved in the election of office bearers and the future of the club.
Very informal, very interesting and very important for you attend your club's annual general meeting on Sunday 8th November at 1.30pm.
Lunch available prior if you wish.
If you are wanting to participate in organising or contributing to your club's management feel free to nominate for a committee position or just pass on any suggestions or comments.

Election of Management Committee for 2020-2021
The club is classified as a level 3 Incorporated Association
34 Business to be conducted at annual general meeting of other level 3 incorporated associations
(1) This rule applies only if the Association is a level 3 incorporated association to which section 59B of the Act applies.
(2) The following business must be conducted at each annual general meeting of the Association—
(a) receiving the association's financial statement, and signed statement, for the last reportable financial year;
(b) presenting the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption;
(c) electing members of the Management Committee
At the upcoming AGM on the 8th November 2020 the following positions, which form the Management Committee, will come up for re-election.
Anyone wishing to nominate for a position on the Management Committee can view or download the Position Description from the members only area.
Please download the nomination form from the list below or contact the Secretary for a nomination form. The completed form will need to be returned to the Secretary at least fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting at which the election is to take place.
Management Appointed Positions
The Management Committee in its powers can appoint and have answering to it the following Management Appointed Positions which can consist of a single person role or a subcommittee, the officer appointed will be responsible for that position. These roles are ongoing and are not subject to re-election at the AGM.
SIV Registration Officer.
All these Management Appointed Positions, either currently filled, or declared vacant, are always open to expressions of interest from any current financial member, this may be either taking on a position or assisting the current officer in that role.
It is in the interest of both the Club and Management to support and cross train members in all roles. So please contact any of Management Team or those currently filling the Appointed Positions to obtain more information.
For those roles that are currently vacant also contact the Management Committee to discuss and express your interest.
