Auction

As you know, we are raising the money by holding a Virtual Online Silent Auction where the public and companies can bid to win 1 seat and ride in a Classic Beauty of their choice in the Pageant. They will also have the right to promote that they sponsored your car and the amount of money they won the auction for. 

We are looking to start the Online Silent Auction on the 1st of November in an attempt to obtain the highest possible bids. We will still be accepting cars into the Auction until the 10th of December and the auction will finish on Tuesday the 14th of December to allow us to notify the winning bidders which cars they will be travelling in. We will also let each Car Owner and Driver know the name of the winning bidder and person that will be riding with them.

Radio

HOT 91 FM have reaffirmed their involvement and have given us an update and full details of the exposure they will be giving the event:

ON Air:

• 30 Lead in Commercials ( 10th December to 17th December) Talking about the event and encouraging last bids.
• 3 x 30 second live Crosses ( Friday the 17th Dec 5:30pm to 8pm) telling people where the Pageant is currently located and doing live interviews.
• 20 x Post event commercials thanking and naming sponsors and participants.

Online:

• On the Hot91.com.au "Whats on page"
• Instagram storties posting updates on where the pageant is and how to view

Signage

Push Productions has agreed to assist us with signage for the event which of course saves us money and means that we are able to give more to Bloomhill Cancer Care and the children.

Christmas Party and presentation of gifts

We will be presenting the Bloomhill Cancer Care Children with their presents and the money raised on Wednesday the 22nd of December at 6:30pm at the Bloomhill Cancer Care Centre in Buderim. All Participants, Sponsors and Volunteers are invited to attend this event. ( It will be a great event and we hope you will attend)

Sponsors

Lions Club of Mooloolaba has donated $2000 plus the loan of 4 x two way radios to use in the marshalling of the event, which is great news.

Volunteers

We are still looking for a few more Marshalls to help herd the Pageant up the Coast. We need two more cars with two people in each car:  A driver and second person to operate the two way radios assisting us in keeping the Pageant participants together.
 

We are also looking for a person to act as our Santa. Not much to do other than sit back, shout some merry Ho Ho's, wave to the public and enjoy the ride !
