Our kitchen is spearheaded by Consultant Executive Chef Matt Golinski, highly regarded for his culinary prowess and respected among industry greats. Drawing the best flavours and textures from local ingredients, Matt knows how to please a crowd with delicious dishes. His experience spans some of Queensland’s leading restaurants and popular television cooking show, ‘Ready, Steady Cook’, as well as remaining an active member of the Slow Food movement and a motivational speaker.
