Combined Coastal Car Club - Social Event

Registration is for Roadrunner Car Club members only !

Although this event is on the same day as the Roadrunner Car Club AGM, we hope that members will support the event even if only for a short time, prior to the AGM.

Date      8^th November 2020

                Johnson Park, Mary River Road Cooroy

Time      9am – 1pm

Entry     No entry fee. Gold coin donation towards local charity group would be appreciated.

                No judging or trophies

Food and Drinks

• Coffee Van will be on site
• BYO Morning Tea
• BBQ and cold drinks on sale
• Lucky door prizes

For COVID Safety the following will apply:

• Only invited club members will be allowed on site.
• Those attending must complete the COVID Safe Registration form and hand in at the gate before entry. (Attached to the email)
• Members of the general public and other clubs will not be permitted entry.

Registrations are required so we know how many will be attending.
