Who can Join?

Anyone with an interest in all things motoring.

All members hold an individual membership, pay the same amount and have equal rights.

Note: Your spouse or partner will need to complete a separate application and pay the relevant fee.

( All applications are subject to Management approval.)

Can I attend a social event before joining?

We encourage people to check us out before joining, to see if we are the club for you.

Do I need to own a Special / Classic Car?

There is no need to own a special car, you just need to be a motoring enthusiast and wish to make new friends and be part of a great club.

Do I need to attend meetings?

You are more than welcome but not required to attend meetings, however, we encourage you to join in our social gatherings and other club activities.

Do I need to live on the Sunshine Coast?

We are based in Noosa and members reside around the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Do You provide Club Registration –  (SIV) special interest vehicle registration  ?

Once you are a member you will be able to access Club Registration –SIV Registration – for your car.

There is a waiting period of 3 months for new members wanting to put a vehicle on SIV Registration: there is a fee of $30.00 per vehicle

Those who already have a vehicle on SIV registration can automatically use these vehicles for Roadrunner Car Club outings as well as impromptu events

Am I expected to volunteer to assist with events ?

We do not place demands on members to volunteer their time running major events.

Roadrunner Car Club only runs one Major Event, the Noosa Charity Car Show each year. This is a fundraising event for Katie Rose Cottage Hospice who receive all the proceeds. e.g: They received over $10,000 from the 2024 Car Show.
